Psalm 139:23-24

Search me, O God, and know my heart,

Test me and know my anxious thoughts.

See if there is any offensive way in me,

And lead me in the way everlasting.

When the affairs of the world get to me and disturb the peace God has given me I often turn to these verses.  These help me to realize just what our gracious Lord has given as gifts to all of his family.  The peace returns and I realize just how meaningless the worries of the world are to one who has the promise of eternity praising the One who has given so very much to me.  He loved me enough to call me to him and wait for a very headstrong creation of His to respond.

Thank You my Lord and Savior for all Your grace, love, peace, forgiveness and salvation.  I am thankful every moment I am alive for these gifts and the Presence of The Holy Spirit in my heart to lead and instruct me.

I am Christ’s thankful servant,
